Life can sometimes be full of stressors and uncertainties – all of which are difficult to navigate on your own. The truth is we all struggle from time to time, whether it be relational stressors, emotional distress, anxiety, grief, or self esteem. My desire is to help you feel supported, encouraged, to work together to explore what is keeping you stuck, and start making meaningful changes.
What You Can Expect:
A Warm, Non-Judgmental Space: You can expect a supportive environment where your feelings, experiences, and identities are respected. My role is to create a space where you feel safe to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
Collaborative Goal-Setting: We’ll work together to clarify what you want from therapy—whether that’s symptom relief, deeper self-understanding, improved relationships, or navigating a specific life challenge.
A Focus on Building Insight and Skills: You’ll learn to understand your emotional patterns more deeply and build skills that help improve your day-to-day life, relationships, and sense of well-being.
Evidence-Informed Approaches: I draw from approaches grounded in research—such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Attachment focused therapy, or emotionally focused therapy - tailored to your personal needs.
A Relationship That Supports Healing: Expect a therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and authenticity—because healing happens in the context of connection.
Honesty, Transparency, and Boundaries: You’ll always know what I’m doing and why. I’m open about the therapeutic process and welcome your feedback so we can make therapy work best for you.
